Woodspring Community Church welcomes new members from all walks of life and many different cultures. We know that becoming a Christian or joining a new church are life-changing decisions, so we make sure everyone has the opportunity to ask as many questions as they like in whatever setting they prefer.
Small groups or one to one
Church leaders are available to meet for discussions with individuals, groups or families, to discuss becoming a Christian or offer counselling on a range of issues.
If a meeting with an individual is requested it is usual practice for the leader to ask a trusted member of the church to sit in on the discussions.
Meetings take place in the home, or on neutral ground, such as a coffee shop.
Discussion Groups
Discussion groups are run for people who want to explore issues of faith in a relaxed environment with no strings attached. They may take the form of the widely publicised Alpha Course, or may be tailor made to suit the needs of a particular group. Alternatively, people may join a regular midweek group and find out more by getting to know church members in a social setting.
